Packing your orders is our favorite thing to do! We can imagine that receiving your new Zaya Jewelery package brings a lot of joy too ;). Here's everything you need to know about your Zaya Jewelery parcel!

☆ All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Eindhoven, The Netherlands and will fit through most mailboxes (A6 size boxes).
☆ We offer free worldwide shipping, tracked to your doorstep!
☆ All orders placed before 15.00 will be shipped out the same businessday.
☆ Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. There are no extra costs for orders within Europe.

Postal services
All orders to the Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped directly to your doorstep by DPD.

Orders to all other countries will be shipped with DHL to your local delivery company which delivers your packages. DHL packages will always go to the DHL warehouse in Germany first, so don't stress when you see that your package is taking another route ;). After your package has left the warehouse in Germany it will be handed over to your local delivery company. For more details, we always suggest you track your parcel via your local delivery company or an universal website like parcelsapp.
